To start collecting points, you must be a citizen (registered user) of Birdy City. It's easy to register. How do I start earning points?

To start earning points, you will need to create a free account so that the system can start storing your Reward Points for you. All you need to create an account is your name, email address, and username to log in with each time you visit. This is necessary to keep track of your rewards and purchases. If you haven't done so, create your account by clicking the button below. Once your account is activated, you can log in and visit your Rewards Page to track all your Rewards.

How can I tell how many points I will earn?
Every item has a Reward Point Value based on the price of the item. The higher the price of the item is, the higher the reward point value. The Reward Point Value is indicated and located under the price of each item, as shown in the samples illustrated below. These points are collected and added to your account with each purchase. You can redeem them at your next purchase.
How can I see all my rewards?
Your Reward Points are listed in your Profile under the Rewards Tab (see illustration). Each time you earn or redeem any points, they are calculated and posted to your account in date order. The illustration below shows examples of a typical Rewards activity:
- 50 Points were redeemed towards a purchase
- 100 Points were awarded as a bonus for creating an account
- 50 Points remain as a balance after redeeming 50 points

We want you to have a good experience, so here are a few things to keep in mind:

- You must have 100 points in your account before redeeming points.
- Points are redeemable towards product purchases and do not include tax or shipping fees.
- The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed at any one time is 500 points.
- The discount conversion rate is 10% or 100 points is equal to $10.00.
- The maximum number of viewable transactions is 50 before rolling off.
Please Consider: Most small businesses cannot compete with the giants in the land that give away perks like free shipping. Although we do offer free shipping on orders over $200, our Points Reward program is our way to help reduce some of the shipping fees, especially on smaller orders. We do not mark up or profit from shipping fees. Our shipping calculator utilizes the USPS API to calculate shipping fees in real-time. We have no control over the rates provided.
